Cynthia Abdallah is the author of the poetry chapbooks, The Author's Feet, which won the Itanile award in 2022, and My Six Little Fears. Both chapbooks make up her first complete collection of poems titled "When Rivers Say Goodbye", published by WOMAWORD literary in Zimbabwe in 2022. She is also the author of the short stories collection, The Musunzu Tree and other stories, published in Kenya, Postcards from a Girl, a collection of vignettes and short stories and a poetry chapbook, A Poem for the Time being. Her books are available on amazon in kindle and paperback versions and in bookstores around Kenya- Nuria and Cheche.
In 2025, Cynthia co published an anthology of short stories with other Kenyan writers titled, Tomorrow I will be Here.
